DESCRIPTION:Prague\, fostering inclusion\, respect\, solidarity\, and a safe space to share experiences and challenges related to their unique circumstances. The group will take place at 6:30 PM at LGBT+ Community Center\, it is free of charge and you do not need to register in advance. Two therapists are looking forward to meeting you. \n\n\n\nTereza Pelletier (she/ her) \n\n\n\nHi\, my name is Tereza and I’m a psychotherapist and teacher. I studied social work and communication in Prague and I’ve been working with individual clients and couples for the last 6years. \n\n\n\nI used to lead classes for parents on how to communicate better with their kids and I worked with troubled youths and their families. I currently still work with little kids\, teaching them English in kindergartens. I like to cook\, talk\, sing\, watch and binge watch tv shows 🙂 \n\n\n\nReb Xiberras (they / them) \n\n\n\nHi there\, welcome! I am a mental health counsellor from Malta. I graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and then went on to get a Masters in Counselling from the University of Malta. I offer mental health counseling to children\, adults and couples. I am a Social Psychology Lecturer at IFSA and I have been an activist in the mental health\, human rights and civil liberties for 10 years. I am also one of the founders of LGBTI+ Gozo. Contributing to society and understanding social phenomenon are a key interest of mine coming from my value of social justice. I am also a soft skills trainer with over 6 years of experience with Adult learning and the founder of Regenerate Mental Health\, a counselling service and a psychoeducational tool. My interests also include photography & cinematography\, sports\, nature and books.

Není to pro vás snadné přijmout a hledáte způsob\, jak se s tím vyrovnat\, jak posílit vztah s vaším dítětem a jak ho podpořit?Zveme vás do podpůrné skupiny určené rodičům LGBT+ dětí. Přijďte si o tom\, co prožíváte\, promluvit s dalšími lidmi v podobné situaci. Můžete se nechat inspirovat či dokonce objevit nové přístupy. Setkání povede psycholožka a psycholog\, kteří mají bohatou zkušenost s prací s LGBT+ lidmi i jejich rodinami.Klasickou podpůrná skupina je určena pro maximálně 12 osob\, bude se scházet jednou měsíčně. Podrobnosti sdělíme přihlášeným.Aktuálně nám běží tři běhy rodičovské skupiny – jednu skupinu vede Irena Smetáčková a Jana Soukupová\, druhou Jana Soukupová a Lea Roland a třetí\, která je online\, vede Irena Smetáčková a Aleš Kabilka. Ke cvičení přistupuje konsenzuálně a s citlivostí k možným traumatům a společně s návštěvnictvem vytváří vstřícnou komunitní atmosféru podpořenou hudbou a vůní.  \n\n\n\n\nMarkéta Brabcová\n\n\n\n\nV naší společné praxi je všechno nabídka. Sdílený prostor vytváří příležitost pro zvědavost i pro pohyb ve vlastním rytmu. Inspirací je jógová celistvost tak\, abychom se vnímalx o trochu méně jako „moje hlava vs. moje tělo“ a o trochu více jako „já jsem tělem“ – s laskavostí\, bez hodnocení a bez zátěže všudypřítomných společenských očekávání i genderových rolí. Do praxe promítám vlastní zkušenosti s respektující komunikací\, trauma informovaným přístupem\, aktivismem i prevencí genderových nerovností. V praxi se střídá vinyasa a hatha flow\, s důrazem na bezpečné provedení a s respektem k individuálním možnostem a potřebám každého těla. \n\n\n\n\nPraktické informace\n\n\n\n\nNa místě bude možnost se převléknout\, ale neumíme zajistit samostatné převlékárny/šatny. The shared space creates room for curiosity as well as for moving at one’s own pace. The inspiration comes from the wholeness of yoga\, so that we may experience ourselves a little less as “my head vs. my body” and a little more as “I am my body” — with kindness\, without judgment\, and free from the weight of ever-present social expectations and gender roles. \n\n\n\nIn my teaching\, I integrate my own experience with respectful communication\, a trauma-informed approach\, activism\, and the prevention of gender inequalities. The practice alternates between vinyasa and hatha flow\, with an emphasis on safe alignment and deep respect for the individual capacities and needs of every body. \n\n\n\n\nPractical information:  \n\n\n\n\nThere will be an opportunity to change clothes on-site\, but we cannot provide private changing rooms. It is simpler if you come already dressed in sportswear.\n\n\n\nQueer yoga takes place at the LGBT+ Community centre located at Železná 18\, Prague 1. \n\n\n\nThe space does not have showers\, but the exercises will be gentle enough that we won’t need them. \n\n\n\nWe recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for free movement. \n\n\n\nYou do not need to bring your own yoga mat; we have them available for you. Dvakrát v měsíci se přijďte naučit klasické taneční dovednosti a užít si netradiční pohyb. Na každé lekci se společně naučíme jeden latinsko-americký či standardní tanec. Plesová sezona je v plném proudu\, přijďte si osvěžit kroky!  \n\n\n\nNení důležité\, jestli jste  začátečníci nebo už máte “natancováno”\, chceme si hlavně zatančit a společně se pobavit. Společně se naučíme salsu\, čaču\, jive\, rumbu\, valčík\, tango\, waltz\, quickstep a blues. Prostě jako ve StarDance! Můžete přijít sami\, v páru nebo třeba s kamarádstvem. Oblečení je na vás\, obuv je dobrá pohodlná\, hlavně tak\, abyste se cítili*y sami*y sebou.  \n\n\n\nVstupné na lekci je dobrovolné. Together we will learn how to dance samba\, chacha\, jive\, rumba\, „valčík\,“ tango\, waltz\, quickstep and blues. You can come alone\, as a couple or perhaps with a friend. The clothes are up to you\, the shoes should be good and comfortable\, especially so that you feel like yourself.  \n\n\n\nAdmission to the lesson is voluntary. SUMMARY:Teenspace – první setkání v měsíci (CZ/EN)
DESCRIPTION:Teenspace je pravidelný odpolední program v LGBT+ Komunitním centru\, který se koná dvakrát měsíčně pro LGBTQIA+ mládež ve věku 13–21 let. \n\n\n\nSetkání mají formu diskuse\, přednášky\, workshopu či tvůrčí dílny a jsou vždy na nějaké dané téma. Vždy je ale také čas na volnou zábavu a rozhodně budete mít příležitost poznávat nové přátelstvo. Program je vedený v češtině a angličtině. \n\n\n\nTeenspace jsou eventy pořádané sbarvouven.cz a Queer & Trans Youth CZ. \n\n\n\nPrvní setkání v měsíci – Seznamování  \n\n\n\nPrvní Teenspace setkání v měsíci věnujeme seznamování a kreativitě. Setkání povede psycholožka a psycholog\, kteří mají bohatou zkušenost s prací s LGBT+ lidmi i jejich rodinami.Klasickou podpůrná skupina je určena pro maximálně 12 osob\, bude se scházet jednou měsíčně. DESCRIPTION:ZE ZDRAVOTNÍCH DŮVODŮ JSOU TANEČNÍ LEKCE AŽ DO ODVOLÁNÍ ZRUŠENY. STAY TUNED!  \n\n\n\nLekce společenských tanců bez klasických genderových stereotypů. Dvakrát v měsíci se přijďte naučit klasické taneční dovednosti a užít si netradiční pohyb. Na každé lekci se společně naučíme jeden latinsko-americký či standardní tanec. Plesová sezona je v plném proudu\, přijďte si osvěžit kroky!  \n\n\n\nNení důležité\, jestli jste  začátečníci nebo už máte “natancováno”\, chceme si hlavně zatančit a společně se pobavit. Společně se naučíme salsu\, čaču\, jive\, rumbu\, valčík\, tango\, waltz\, quickstep a blues. Prostě jako ve StarDance! Můžete přijít sami\, v páru nebo třeba s kamarádstvem. Během otevřených čtvrtků v březnu 2026 budeme pracovat s připravenými texty a fotografiemi z festivalu 2025\, které společně proměníme v koláž. Zároveň můžeš přispět i svou vlastní vzpomínkou v jakékoli podobě\, například útržkem\, fotkou\, kresbou nebo vzkazem\, a stát se součástí výstavy. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLGBT+ Komunitní centrum je tu pro všechny\, co zde chtějí trávit čas – nehledě na věk nebo orientaci či identitu. Stav se k nám s kamarády anebo sám*sama. Zahraj si společenské hry\, zahraj si na playstationu\, využij make-up koutek\, přečti si knížku\, seznam se s ostatními anebo si přijď jen tak posedět na duhovém fatboyi. \n\n\n\nLGBT+ Komunitní centrum je safe space\, kde může každý*á být sám*a sebou a navzájem se zde respektujeme. \n\n\n\nJdeš k nám poprvé?  \n\n\n\nNemusíš se nikde registrovat\, prostě přijď do Železné ulice\, projdi průchodem do prvního patra a zazvoň na zvonek LGBT+ Komunitního centra. Otevřeme ti\, všechno ti ukážeme. Nemusíš se ničeho bát\, KáCéčko je bezpečný prostor\, kde se můžeš zapojit do aktivit a nebo vůbec nemusíš a můžeš tam jen tak být – co ti bude příjemné. K dispozici ti budou různé nápoje\, kafe a čaj\, drobné snacky\, WC\, hry\, swap\, make up koutek\, knihovna\, můžeš si na PC udělat úkoly nebo jen tak felit na fatboyi.  \n\n\n\n\nVíc o KáCéčku\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin the creation of the exhibition Echoes of Prague Pride Festival 2025: Where Is My Home? \n\n\n\nWe’re preparing a retrospective exhibition for the 15th anniversary of the Prague Pride Festival\, and you can become a co-author. During our open Thursdays in March 2026\, we’ll work with prepared texts and photographs from the 2025 festival\, transforming them together into a collage. You can also contribute your own memories in any form—whether it’s a snippet\, photo\, drawing\, or message—and become part of the exhibition. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe LGBT+ Community centre is here for everyone who wants to spend time here – regardless of age\, orientation or identity. Join us with friends or by yourself. Play board games\, enjoy the PlayStation\, use the make-up corner\, read a book\, meet others or just come and sit on a rainbow Fatboy. \n\n\n\nThe LGBT+ community centre is a safe space where everyone can be who they are and respect each other. \n\n\n\nComing to us for the first time? \n\n\n\nYou don’t need to register anywhere\, just come to Železná Street\, go through the passage to the first floor\, and ring the bell of the LGBT+ Community Center. We’ll let you in and show you everything. \n\n\n\nThere’s nothing to worry about — the Community Center is a safe space where you can join activities\, or not at all\, and simply hang out — whatever feels good for you. \n\n\n\nYou’ll have access to drinks\, coffee and tea\, light snacks\, restrooms\, games\, a swap corner\, a makeup corner\, a library\, you can do your homework on the PC or just chill out on the beanbag. \n\n\n\n\nMore about Community Centre
