Můžeme mluvit o emocích\, které jsou někdy matoucí nebo obtížné\, pomáhat si navigovat náročné životní situace\, učit se strategie pro regulaci našeho nervového systému (pro pomoc s úzkostmi a depresí) a budovat komunitu skrze vzájemnou podporu jeden druhého. Každé setkání je různé\, podle toho\, jaká témata na něj přinesete.
